FGE- Graphite polystyrene (suspension method)

【 Product features 】

1. The functional material graphite is added when the polymer is synthesized by suspension polymerization process, so that the polystyrene polymer has functional properties;
2, reduce the thermal conductivity of polystyrene insulation board, improve the thermal insulation and sound insulation performance of the material;
3, with excellent antistatic performance;
4, suitable for high density (18KG/m³ or more) products;
5, product color uniform, stable;
6, products can reach B1 level.

S-33 Graphite polystyrene (extrusion method)

【 Product features 】

1.S-33 introduced the infrared absorbing material -- natural flake graphite in the polystyrene polymer material by extrusion process. The graphite particles absorbed and reflected the radiant energy in the foamed beads, which improved the thermal insulation function of the flexible polystyrene core;
2. The thermal conductivity of S-33 is less than 0.033W/M.K, the thermal conductivity of ordinary EPS is 0.039W /M.K, and the thermal insulation performance of S-33 is improved by more than 20%.
3. Combustion performance reaches B1 level, oxygen index ≥30;
4.S-33 series products are mainly used for external wall insulation, especially suitable for energy-saving buildings;
5. High compressive strength, good dimensional stability of products;
6. High molecular weight.


S-32 Graphite polystyrene (extrusion method)

【 Product features 】

1. S-32 uses extrusion method to introduce infrared absorption materials - natural flake graphite, graphite particles into polystyrene polymer materials;
2. Flake graphite absorbs and reflects radiant energy in the foamed beads, which improves the adiabatic function of the flexible polystyrene core;
3. The mechanical properties and molecular weight of graphite polystyrene polymer were improved by toughening agent and reinforcing agent;
4. The thermal conductivity of S-32 is less than 0.032W/M.K, the thermal conductivity of ordinary EPS is 0.039W /M.K, and the thermal insulation performance of S-32 is improved by more than 25%;
5. Combustion performance reaches B1 level requirements, oxygen index ≥32;
6. S-32 series products are mainly used in passive rooms and high standard energy-saving buildings;
7. S-32 has higher molecular weight and high compression strength;
8. Better dimensional stability of products;
9. The products are used in buildings with durability and weather resistance.
